By creating an account or accessing PlanovaPilot ("Service"), you agree to the architectural protocols defined in these Terms of Service. If you do not disagree with any structural part of these terms, you may not access the system environment.

PlanovaPilot is operated by PlanovaPilot Team. We reserve the right to update these protocols at any time without notice. Continued system usage constitutes acceptance of new protocol updates.

2.1 AI-Generated Content: PlanovaPilot utilizes specialized AI models to architect project plans, requirements docs, and system schemas.

2.2 Usage Responsibility: You acknowledge that AI can produce structural hallucinations. Content generated:

• May contain logic errors or structural inconsistencies.
• Requires review by a qualified professional before engineering deployment.
• Is provided "AS IS" without correctness certification.

We are not liable for any system failures, bugs, or financial deficits resulting from the deployment of AI-generated architectures.

• Users must provide accurate system identification (email) during registration.
• Account security and credential integrity are the sole responsibility of the user.
• Action within the system environment is attributed strictly to the authenticated user.
• We reserve the right to terminate access for protocol violations or system resource abuse.

4.1 Tiers: We offer multiple allocation levels (Free, Starter, Pro, Studio). Resource limits apply as defined on the Pricing index.

4.2 Billing: Transactions are processed via professional gateways. Subscriptions renew automatically unless a termination request is submitted 24 hours prior to the cycle end.

4.3 Refunds: All resource allocations are final. We may offer discretionary adjustments for technical system failures.
